We are a refreshing and talented team of architectural designers based on the outskirts of the historical city of Lincoln. We are currently expanding our commercial portfolio with office developments, leisure and retail projects and work on heavy and light industry buildings. We specialise, extensions, barn conversions, new build, in residential projects of varying scale including self build, although not exclusively, listed buildings and loft conversions. About Us We began as a limited company Origin Design Studio in March 2012, having previously worked as in house designers for an engineering practice. Further services include 3D visualisations, feasibility studies and contract management. As architectural designers Origin Design Studio has undertaken various residential and commercial projects around the UK. Our services are varied, focussing mainly on achieving planning and building regulations approval for clients across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands.
